Jim is a senior executive with 27 years’ experience within the medical device industry, holding commercial leadership roles for both start-up ventures and large corporate entities including ICU Medical, Smiths Medical and Tyco Healthcare/Covidien (now part of Medtronic). He led the marketing/commercialization efforts for Neomend, a biomedical, surgical start-up venture which was was acquired by C.R. Bard for $140 million. In addition to being an accomplished people leader, adept at developing strong cross-organizational relationships, he has an acute skill set in identifying and developing market-disruptive products. Jim earned his B.S. in Marketing at Babson College and his MBA from Pepperdine.
